Veteran musician Lucius Banda is planning to put on hold all his shows due to the coronavirus situation.
Music concerts resumed last month despite a ban on gatherings.
This happened as politicians also disregarded the restrictions and conducted mass rallies.
Banda said that his band intends to postpone all the planned shows as the risk is now much higher.
Currently, Malawi has registered 1,942 cases of coronavirus with 25 deaths and 1,548 recoveries.
