Mzuzu City Council workers down tools

Junior workers at Mzuzu City Council have closed Civic offices in protest for the delay to pay them their three month salaries.
The workers have also closed the council’s department of health offices.
Union president, Typen Kamanga, said aside from the salaries, they are pushing for the removal of their director of health.
