Will Smith and his wife Jada, continue to stand united in the face of the controversy surrounding their relationship.
This follows after Jada admitted to Will and the rest of the world that she got romantically involved with singer August Alsina, in what she infamously called an ‘entanglement’.
The couple were also spotted with their daughter Willow.
The Smiths are said to be staying at the Albany, a members-only spot that is part-owned by Tiger Woods.
Will Smith and Jada both admitted during the latter’s Red Table talk, that it wasn’t cheating on her part, as they had both separated during that time.
Will admitted that it was a miracle he was talking to Jada as they never thought their marriage would be okay again.
August Alsina left everyone in shock after confessing that he had relationship with Jada and Will Smith had given his blessing for the relationship.
Will denied that he had given such a blessing as he was not with Jada at the time, therefore she didn’t need his permission to do anything.
Said Jada on the relationship, “It was about four and half, four years ago that I started a friendship with August and we actually became really, really good friends,” said Jada
“And it all started with him just needing some help. Me wanting to help his health, his mental state. From there you and I were going through a difficult time. We basically…we broke up,”
She said that August thought Will gave his permission, because of the separation and he didn’t want to appear like a homewrecker.
Jada said her relationship with August allowed her and Will to move forward with their marriage.
“Through that particular journey I learned so much about myself and was able to really confront a lot of emotional immaturity, emotional insecurity, and I was really able to do some really deep healing,” said Jada
Jada’s confession on the Red Table Talk show set a record for the most watched Facebook Watch episode.
