The publication reported the matter on Wednesday calling the video humiliating and reminiscent of the Rhodesian era. The video, which has gone viral shows the man canning the ladies on the hand, with a thick, sinister looking sjambok.
The man who is yet to be identified, lines up the ladies, and delivers corporal punishment in what has been viewed as heavy handedness, when it comes to disciplinary measures.
It is not yet clear where the incident happened but the background setting resembles that of a farm or a plot.
