Death has been announced of Blantyre City Council (BCC) District Sports Officer Mr John Chiutsi.
BCC confirmed of the development in a short statement posted on facebook seen by this publication.
“Blantyre City Council has lost a dedicated employee, the District Sports Officer Mr John Chiutsi. The Council and the entire Blantyre City shall miss his services. May his soul respect in peace,” reads in part the statement.
The cause of his death is not known at the moment.
Meanwhile funeral details are still sketchy at the moment..
