Workers at Mount Meru Millers in Dowa are staging a sit-in in a bid to force authorities address their concerns.
The workers accuse their authorities at the company of favouring foreigners, abusing Malawian workers and failure to pay the Malawian workers their wages.
They are currently burning tyres to force management to fire the Human Resources Officer, and an Accountant at the company.
Mount Meru Millers officials were not immediately available for a comment.
