That the coronavirus pandemic has pushed people to the wall economically could be an understatement. With many being forced out of employment and others having to do with pay cuts, the pain cannot be explained.
But which is worse, working with a pay cut, being unemployed or working but you are not paid at all?
For a man who has gone viral on social media, it was the case of working for five good months without getting any salary.
After months of waiting and waiting, while still working, this Kenyan man reached what we can say to be the ‘boiling point’ or rather ‘point of no return’. The unidentified angry man stormed his boss’s office armed with a machete demanding for his salary.

In the undated video which was shared on Twitter by Induksy on Tuesday, July 21, the man was seen getting into the office and engaging in a conversation with his boss who speaks with an Indian accent. “You have come with a machete, put it aside first,” says the boss.
“I cannot put my machete aside, I tell you before the police arrive here, I shall have killed you,” the man tells his boss angrily.
Realising the employee is not going to calm down any time soon, the boss calls on the other employees outside his office asking them to come to his rescue. “I want my salary for the months of March, April, May, June and July,” says the man as he exits to the corridor.
On the corridor, the angry man meets another Indian who probably is his supervisor and threatens to slice him as he insists he too gets into the office to sort out his salary issues.
The video ends abruptly with the man shouting while asking for his salary from the bosses.
