Covid-19: Malawi registers 45 new cases, 3 new deaths

Malawi has registered 45 new cases of corona virus in the past 24 hours taking the tally of confirmed Covid-19 cases to 4,231.
Its has also tegistered 3 news deaths and 5 new recoveries, this means it has a total of 123 deaths with 1,919 recoveries.
Currently, it has 2, 189 active cases and it has conducted 31, 302 test across the country.
Meanwhile, Dr John Phuka, Co-Chairperson of presidential task-force on Covid-19 has continued to encourage Malawians to follow preventive measures including washing hands regularly with soap or sanitizer, wearing face mask and observing social distance
