Norman Chisale`s Lawyer Chancy Gondwe on 31st july 2020 asks high court in the presence of Justice Charles Mkandawire to give him an injuction of stopping police re arresting Mutharika`s aide Norman Chisale if further crimes are still coming.
Charles Mkandawire did not grunt Gondwe`s an injunction.
Gondwe went to supreme court of appeal and on Monday the case was in court presided over by Judge Lovemore Chikopa of supreme court.
Chikopa adjourned the case to today because Gondwe went there as an ex party.
Today the case is going to take place at 11:00 hours in Blantyre and it will be presided over by Justice Frank Kapanda.
