Supreme Court of Appeal in Blantyre will this afternoon rule on an application by Norman Chisale, former bodyguard of former president Peter Mutharika on an injunction against further arrests.
This morning, Court heard arguments from the state and Chisale’s lawyers in Justice Lovemore Chikopa’s chamber.
Chikopa reserved his ruling on the matter to this afternoon.
According to information at hand, the concerned parties in the matter will receive the ruling electronically this afternoon.
