The Zomba High Court has found Misonzi Chanthunya guilty of murdering his girlfriend Linda Gasa.
Chanthunya was answering two charges of murder and another of hindering burial of a dead body.
High Court Judge Ruth Chinangwa said the state has prove that Gasa was murdered through poisoning.
On who caused the death, Chinangwa said circumstantial evidence shows Chanthunya killed Gasa as he was the last person to share company with her on the day of fate.
According to the Judge evidence also shows that Chanthunya tried to conceal the body.
