The High Court in Zomba has revoked bail of Misozi Chanthunya who has been found guilty of murdering his girlfriend Linda Gasa.
Judge Ruth Chinangwa made the ruling after convicting Chanthunya on three counts namely; murder, perjury and hindering burial of a dead body.
Judge Chinangwa will deliver her Judgment on the conviction of Misozi Chanthunya on Wednesday next week.
Chanthunya’s lwayer has since described the conviction as erroneous.
He said he will file for appeal once the judgment is delivered next week.
