The High Court in Blantyre has granted an injunction to Pastor Patriach Chaluchalu, restraining registered trustees of the Seventh Day Adventist Church from removing him from the position of Executive Secretary for the South Malawi Pastor Patriach ChaluchaluConference.
Justice Dingiswayo Madise has granted the injunction which is valid until the hearing and determination of the matter.
The Church removed Pastor Chaluluchalu from the position on allegations of financial mismanagement and failure to manage the affairs of the conference
