The newly elected Chairperson of Tonse Alliance in Kamba Market in Blantyre Moses Khuluso has promised and assured Vendors that with his Leadership he will bring modern market and good structures in the market.
Speaking in an interview, Khuluso said Kamba is one of the oldest Markets in Blantyre which need to wear new face like Limbe and Blantyre Market where there is modern building and vendors just occupy.
“ As newly elected executive committee of Tonse Alliance in this market we will ask government to have plans on how we can modernize the market structures to much standards of other market in the country,’ he said.
Khuluso further said he will put fence where it was destroyed and build new buildings where vendors would just occupy and add new beaches.
“Apart from urging government to construct modern market we also urge the new administration to provide loans to SME’s as a capital to boost their businesses,” he said.
He therefore promises to work with all vendors in the market despite of their political affiliations.
