President of Association of Persons with Albinism in Malawi (APAM) Ian Simbota has called on government to unmask the alleged markets of body party of people with albinism.
According to Simbota, there is a need for collective efforts in finding the root cause of inhumane acts against people living with albinism.
Simbota, bemoans that lack of a collective effort to end the malpractice is still fueling the situation.
Simbota has since stressed the need for the country to uproot the main cause for abductions and killings of persons living with albinism.
For the past years, people living with albinism have been living in fear following the attacks placed on their lives.
Meanwhile, APAM has called on Tonse Alliance administration to institute new commission of inquiry on the cause of these attacks as they (APAM) argue that the inquiry instituted by former president Peter Mutharika under his Democratic Progressive Party cannot be trusted.
On the same, Judge Ivy Kamanga last week, sentenced 2 men to death for abducting and killing a baby living with an albinism.
