Some vendors in Limbe had a rude awakening this morning following demolition of their shacks by city council authorities. The demolition is part of the council’s operation to get rid of street vending.
Chairperson of the vendors, Hastings Samwa, has called for calm. Police are patroling the city streets to enforce order.
