In his capacity as the Minister of National Unity and Civic Education Timothy Mtambo is this morning meeting leaders from Church of Central Africa Presbyterian (CCAP) Blantyre synod.
The meeting is taking place at the Grace Bandawe Conference Centre in Blantyre.
Among others the Synod general secretary Reverend Billy Gama, his deputy Moyenda Kanjerwa and the Synod moderator Masauko Mbolembole are in attendance at the meeting.
In his remarks reverend Mbolembole said the meeting has provided an opportunity for interaction between the Synod and government.
On his part, Gama says according to their constitution, they have every reason to give both the ministry and government support.
