SOUTH AFRICA – While on patrol JMPD K9 officers stopped a suspicious Audi A1 with two occupants in Booysens, Ophirton.
Officers checked the vehicle and realised that the vehicle’s identification has been tampered with. When checking the data dots officers discovered that the vehicle was hijacked last year in Midrand. 40 mandrax tablets were also found inside the vehicle.
Two male suspects, a father and son were arrested for possession of a hijacked motor vehicle and possession of drugs.
Suspects were detained at Booysens SAPS and the vehicle was booked in at Aeroton Viss.
