Neno South MP Mark Katsonga kicked out of Parliament

First Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Madalitso Kazombo has kicked out of the house Member of Parliament for Neno South, Mark Katsonga Phiri.
Phiri was sent out of the house for not wearing a necktie which is contrary to parliamentary standing orders.
According to standing orders, official dress code for male MPs is suit, long trousers, a tie and a jacket.
In 2017, Second Deputy Speaker sent out the then Member of Parliament for Mwanza Central Davis Katsonga for putting on headgear (Nthini).
