The High Court has today dismissed an application by lawyers for Dr. Thom Mpinganjira for another adjournment to allow them proceed with an application for judicial review.
Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director General Reyneck Matemba confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.
According to Matemba, the matter will come for continued hearing on October 22 2020.
He has since said ACB is ready to start parading witnesses.
Mpinganjira is accused of attempting to bribe Judges who were handling the Presidential polls case to rule in favour of former President Peter Mutharika.
He was arrested in January this year.
