Habiba Osman appointed as MHRC boss

Well-known right activist Habiba Osman has been appointed Executive Secretary for Malawi Human Rights Commission (MHRC).
Osman replaces David Nungu whose contract has expired.
The appointment is with effect from November 1, 2020, according to information at hand.
Osman is currently working for United Nation Women Malawi office.
