Bodyguard to former President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, Norman Chisale is today expected to appear in Court in a case where he is accused of using fake Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) to join the Malawi Defence Force (MDF).
National Police Spokesperson James Kadadzera confirmed of the development in a statement released on Thursday made available to this publication.
According to Kadadzera, Chisale will appear in court in Lilongwe today.
The Supreme Court of Appeal recently ordered the law enforcers to release Chisale unconditionally after his long detention in case where he is accused of having a hand in the gruesome murder of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Issa Njauju.
Chisale is currently answering several criminal charges committed during the reign of Democratic Progressive party (DPP).
