Malawi National Examination Board (MANEB)officials are expected to testify in a fake certificate case used by Norman Chisale, bodyguard to former President Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, to join the Malawi Defence Force (MDF).
State Prosecutor, Dr. Steven Kayuni disclosed this in court in Lilongwe during the commencement of the case.
Kayuni told a court in Lilongwe today the state has five witnesses in the case in which Norman Chisale is accused of using fake certificates to secure recruitment in the Malawi Defense Force.
Dr. Kayuni has disclosed that MDF officers and officials from the Malawi National Examinations Board are scheduled to testify on charges against Chisale in this case.
