Norman Fulatira, National Registration Bureau Spokesperson, has disclosed that as part of the mass registration exercise, the bureau has also successfully awarded birth certificates to parents.

Meanwhile, Fulatira has indicated that the bureau has managed to set up facilities in 583 health centres across the country as another mass exercise will roll out next year.
