Veteran actor, Jeff Bridges has announced that he has been diagnosed with lymphoma, a cancer which affects the lymphatic system.
Jeff Bridges 70,took to Twitter to deliver the bad news and said he is starting the cancer treatment.
He however said the prognosis is good thus far.
Bridges channelled his iconic character The Dude from “The Big Lebowski” to share the news, writing
“As the Dude would say.. New S*** has come to light.“I have been diagnosed with Lymphoma. Although it is a serious disease, I feel fortunate that I have a great team of doctors and the prognosis is good.“I’m starting treatment and will keep you posted on my recovery.”
Fans and fellow actors came together to wish him a wishes of a good recovery.
