Following a myriad of road accidents that have killed more than 50 people in Ntcheu since January this year, Pastors under Ntcheu Pastors Fraternal conducted prayers along the M1 Road seeking God’s intervention.

The decision for the activity follows an increase of road carnage along the road in the district.

In their prayers, Pastors asked for God’s mercy following the road accident cases the district has registered for the past nine months.

Ntcheu Police report shows that this year, 52 people have died in road accidents that occurred in the district between January and September with 13 others seriously injured.

Ntcheu Pastors Fraternal Chairperson, Reverend Alex June said they believe that the road accidents were due to evil spirits.
