Federation of Disability Organizations in Malawi (FEDOMA) has faulted parliamentarians for failing to articulate issues affecting people with various disabilities in the country.
Parliament rose sine die last week and had among other passed 2020-2021 budget and some bills.
However, Symon Munde, executive director for FEDOMA has faulted President Lazarus Chakwera for failing to tackle issues to do with the promotion of rights of persons with disability.
Besides, Munde has faulted Felix Mlusu, minister of finance for failing to failing to allocate resources for the promotion of people with various disabilities.
FEDOMA is one of the umbrella body that fights for rights of persons with disability in Malawi.
