The High Court in Blantyre has adjourned to November 12, 2020 a bribery case involving well-known businessman Thom Mpinganjira.
The development came just after the first witness Justice Mike Tembo finished testifying in the case.
According to the presiding Juddge, the move is to enable defense to transcribe audios of the conversations their client had with Justice Mike Tembo.
High Court Judge Dorothy De Gabrielle has restored Dr. Mpinganjira’s bail.
The judge however warned that the bail would be revoked if the defendant will misbehave.
