Police in Zomba have arrested 11 people who have been stealing construction materials at Zomba stadium.
All the 11 are remanded at Zomba Prison.
Police have since recovered 30 bags of cement, 30 IBR iron sheets and 72y 16 steel bars.
This comes at a time when people in the district have been complaining of delays to complete the project.
The Construction of the 20,000 seater facility started in 2017 but slightly half of the works has been completed.
