Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and Prophetess Mary Bushiri have bee granted bail by the court in South Africa after spending 14 days in police cell.

Bushiri and his wife were arrested on October 20, 2020 by the Hawlks and the two have been charged with fraud and Money laundering.

Enlighten Christian Gathering (ECG) church’s Public Relation Officer Ephraim Nyondo confirmed of the development in a statement posted on his official facebook page.

“Prophet Shepherd Bushiri and Prophetess Mary Bushiri have just been granted bail.

“Thanks for all those who keep standing with us. God bless you,” wrote Nyondo.

According to information at hand, the court has ordered the two to pay a bailbond of at K10 million (R200 thousand) each.

Bushiri and his wife have been barred from travelling outside South Africa.
