The Anti- Corruption Bureau (ACB) has launched a month long national anti-corruption awareness campaign in Lilongwe.
The launch was marked by a street parade in which ACB officials and stakeholders are distributing information leaflets on evils of corruption and how people can report corrupt practices.
Corruption has been a major issue in Malawi in the past years which has led to the dwindle of development in Malawi.
High profile figures and government institutions have been centres of corrupt activities including fraud and nepotism.
Some people have been suspended from work, arrested and ailed due to involvement in corrupt activities.
ACB has been on the forefront fighting against corruption in the country since it was established and has cracked down alot of people.
