Human Right Defenders Coalition (HRDC) will on Wednesday hold a media briefing in the capital Lilongwe where issues of governance and transparency will be the main vocal point.
This has been confirmed in a statement posted on Billy Mayaya’s official facebook page seen by this publication.
The briefing which will be chaired by HRDC Chairperson Gift Trapence will start at 9:30am, according to the statement.
Since Tonse Alliance under President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera took over the reign of power on June 23, 2020 after outclassing the Democratic Progress Party (DPP) under Peter Mutharika through the court sanction fresh Presidential polls, HRDC has been silent.
