Seven bodies have been retrieved by divers following the Wednesday morning boat accident on Lake Victoria that left 10 people dead.
The bodies were retrieved by a joint team drawn from the Kenya Coast Guard and Kenya Revenue Authority.
Kenya Police’s Francis Kooli said the teams are still continuing the search for the other three bodies.
Ten people survived the boating accident after they were rescued by the Kenya Coast Guard.
The ill-fated boat was travelling from Uganda headed to Usenge’s Nairobi Beach when it capsized at about 5am.
