NIGERIA – A woman identified as Gloria Edet, has been arrested in Uyo, for selling to the public food prepared with water used in bathing corpses.

Reports indicate that Mrs, Gloria who owns a restaurant along a road, was arrested after she was exposed by a mortuary attendant who claimed she was owing to him money for three months.

According to the morgue attendant, Edet visits him daily to purchase the water he applied in bathing corpses.

Edet who denied the accusation, upon interrogation confessed that she uses the water from the mortuary to get the charms she uses in making the food she sells to draw more clients and make more money.
