President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera will on December 10, 2020 be installed as Chancellor of the University of Malawi at Chancellor College in Zomba.
Chakwera will then preside over a graduation ceremony at the Great Hall.
Recently Chakwera was also installed as Chancellor of the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR).
LUANAR was created in 2011 by an act of Parliament.
It is a merger between Bunda College of Agriculture – formerly a constituent college of the University of Malawi, and Natural Resources College.
