Trial of the Thomson Mpinganjira attempted judge bribery case resumes today with the state expected to parade its last witnesses this morning.
Four of the five Judges who presided over the 2019 presidential election case have already presented their testimonies.
Today, Ivy Kamanga who has recently been appointed Justice of the Supreme Court of Appeal will present her testimony along with two investigative officers from the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
ACB arrested Mpinganira in January in connection with a suspected attempt to bribe a panel of five judges presiding over the country’s presidential election vote-rigging case.
