A dark cloud has engulfed the music industry in Malawi following the demise of well-known gospel singer George Mkandawire.
Mkandawire has died in Zambia, according to information at hand.
The gospel singer came to the limelight with his hit song ‘Thanthwe Langa.’
George, who was born in 1974, hailed from Nkombezi village in Rumphi district.
Funeral details are still sketchy at the moment.
