Information reaching this publication indicates that ADL House located at City Centre in the capital Lilongwe has been sealed over non payment of of city rates.
Official from Lilongwe City Council carried out the exercise this morning, according to information made available to faceofmalawi.
According to information at hand, ADL House owes the Council millions of Kwacha.
