Polling staff has turned back some people who registered in 2020 before the court stopped new registration in the by-elections sanctioned by the court.
About five people have so far been turned back at Makumba polling Centre in Mangochi North East.
The centre has 2974 registered voters, according to the 2019 tripartite voters roll.
The high court sitting in Blantyre nullified the parliamentary results for this constituency following massive irregularities in the 2019 elections.
