SA President Ramaphosa Announces Closure Of Beaches

South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa has announced that Eastern Cape, Garden Route in Western Cape and KwaZulu-Natal beaches will be closed from 16th December to 3rd January 2021 following a second wave of COVID-19 cases.
Large gatherings have been discouraged after South Africa’s coronavirus cases reached their highest levels since August over the weekend.
The second wave has arrived with a vengeance.
