Malawi Red Cross in Pre-Christmas Party

Malawi Red Cross Society (MRCS) today hosted an early Christmas Party for Vulnerable Children from different parts of Lilongwe City.
The party was hosted at MRC’ Headquarters in area 14, Lilongwe.
The theme of the party was “Ana athu Chisangalalo Chathu” and to ‘ remember the birth of Jesus Christ by allowing all children to interact with each other’.
MRCS Secretary General, McBain Kanongodza said it is a tradition for his organization to organise Christmas Party for Vulnerable Children.
500 children attended the party and we’re given Christmas gifts which included blankets, Soap, Rice, and Sugar.
The total budget for the Christmas party is 4.5 million
