The Lilongwe Magistrate Court is today expected to deliver a ruling on an application by the Anti- Corruption Bureau (ACB) to commit to the High Court a case against Vuwa Kaunda, Charles Mchacha and Lloyd Muhara.

ACB want the be moved to the high court since it cannot be heard by a lower court but the defense have objected the application.

The case is currently in progress is being presided over by Principal Resident Magistrate Viva Nyimba.

According to Nyimba, his ruling will, among other main areas, look into the validity of the certificate issued by the Director of Public Prosecution Dr Steve Kayuni to commit the case to the High Court.
