Police in Mzimba are looking for Jelemeya Mphande who is on the run after he was caught defiling his wife’s 15 year old younger sister.
According to Mzimba Police deputy spokesperson John Nyirongo, the incident happened yesterday.
Nyirongo narrated that the wife of the suspect had left the house to attend a village bank meeting leaving the two at home.
When she returned, it is reported that she found the two in one of the rooms in the house.
Mphande’s wife is said to have locked the door and went to police to report the matter.
But when the police arrived, the suspect had already fled while the young girl was still in the room and narrated her ordeal, according to Nyirongo.
