92 year old man recovers from COVID-19

Reverend Thomson John Chipeta, a 92 year-old man resident in Mchinji has survived Covid-19.
Chipeta is the principal and founder of Home of Hope orphanage, the place where Pop star Maddona adopted three children, David and twins.
Chipeta’s grandson, Shingai Chipeta, told the press that Reverend Chipeta tested positive for Covid-19 mid January and was in isolation before he was admitted at Mchinji District Hospital last week.
Reverend Chipeta has since been discharged and is at home.
