PAC rejects Atuweni-Juwayeyi’s appointment

Parliamentary Public Appointments Committee (PAC) has rejected Mrs. Atuweni-Juwayeyi – Agbermodji’s appointment as Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) Director General.
Chakwera re-appointed Agbermodji a month ago and she was waiting PAC approval.
According to information at hand, Agbermodji was number 3 during interviews.
The FIU Director- General interviews were nailed by Mr. Vincent Chipeta, who is currently Acting Director – General.
