UMODZI YOUTH ORGANIZATION LAUNCH A PIPE WATER SUPPLY IN CHATOLOMA

Umodzi Youth Organization in Kasungu has launched a pipe water supply project to provide safe drinking water to people around Chatoloma Trading Centre in the district.
The exercise took place yesterday.
Executive Director, Maxwell Sithole says the projects were made possible with support from Plan International Malawi as an income generating activity for the organization.
‘’We have seen a lot of problems here in Chatoloma people are suffering to find safe water so coming in with this project will help people to have safe and clean water,’’ said Sithole.
Meanwhile the organization has already set four kiosks around the trading Centre where young people are selling pipe water.
The project has cost plan international Malawi about twenty million kwacha to complete.
