Police in Kasungu are keeping in custody Traditional Authority Chaima for allegedly defiling and impregnating his 16 year old stepdaughter.
Central East Police Regional publicist Harry Namwaza has confirmed of the arrest.
Acording to Mwale the girl was under the care of the suspect whose real name is Rodrick Verson Mwale aged 39.
The stepdaughter is six months pregnant but the chief is denying the charge.
