Chisale’s Assets case refereed to Chief Justice

High Court Judge Mike Tembo has referred Norman Chisale’s Assets case to the Chief Justice for certification.
According to the ruling which has just been delivered, it says the case is a constitutional matter.
Judge Tembo has also ruled that Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) was within powers to institute assets recovery proceedings against Chisale.
