High Court Judge Dorothy de Gabriele will at 10 this morning pronounce her ruling on whether Dr. Thomson Mpinganjira has a case to answer in the matter in which the Anti-Corruption Bureau is accusing him of attempting to bribe the five constitutional court judges who were hearing the Presidential Election case.
Last month the High Court Judge failed to deliver the ruling on the matter following reports that Mpinganjira was not feeling well, according to his lawyer.
Mpinganjira is said to have attempted to bribe the judges to rule in favour of former President Peter Mutharika of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) but the judges rejected the bribe.
The Judges then reported the matter to the Chief Justice Andrew Nyirenda who informed the Anti-Corruption Bureau and this resulted to the arrest of Mpinganjira.
