UPDATE: Chisale To Sue Govt For Unlawful Arrest

Chancy Gondwe, lawyer for Norman Chisale has disclosed ‘this after a recent development at the court today after the case of his client was acquitted over murder charges.

Gondwe has described the case as politically motivated.

Judge Kalembera has also argued that the accused being a bodyguard of the president had a right to use the gun when he felt that he was attacked.
